COVID 19 has changed the dynamic of home life as we know it these past weeks. Tune in to hear from the mental health experts about how to deal with the various complexities of “Shelter in Place” during the pandemic. This conversation will be moderated by Yleis Engerman, MS, LADCI, LMHC and Dr. Donna Atherton,Grief and Loss Coach at Upstacle Living.

Yleis Engerman, MS, LADCI, LMHC is a counselor with an expertise in substance abuse, depression and anxiety and is also a Private Practice owner of My Self Oath Inc.

Dr. Donna Atherton is on a mission to help individuals who suffer from the many types of losses.Trained as a clinical social worker, she has a unique 20 year background in grief and loss coaching, life coaching, psychotherapy, and non-profit which provides her clients with unique advantages. Dr. Donna is currently writing a book on grief, loss and sorrow.
